Preheat oven to 350 deg F.

Beat sugar, egg, almond exttract and milk well. Then mix in the flour and baking powder. Slowly add the melted butter and mix. Pour into Rehrucken cake pan buttered and floured.

Bake for 38-45 mins until brown.

Top with powdered sugar
